ODAA MEMBERSHIP – ONLY THE VERY BEST ONLINE DIVORCE PROVIDERS IN AMERICA
For online divorce professionals, membership in The Online Divorce 
Association of America (ODAA) is voluntary. There is presently no cost to join.
Membership is per domain, not per sub-domain and not per company or individual. The first 25 member domains will be Charter Members of the ODAA.
The only condition to ODAA membership is that you, as an authorized officer capable of legally binding your firm or company, agree on a continuing basis with regard to each of your member domains to follow and abide by the ODAA Code of Ethics, which may change from time to time upon the decision of the ODAA Board of Directors.

You may use the official membership seal of ODAA as many times as you wish on each of your member domains providing only that each display of said seal is also an active hyperlink to http://onlinedivorceassociation.org.- Each member domain will be listed as a member below on this page together with your provided short description of the website and a link to it.
- You’re part of the online divorce solution and not part of the online divorce problem.
- As online divorce con-men become further isolated, named and shamed and as only the best online divorce providers will join ODAA, your business will be rewarded by and through the hiring choices of savvy divorce consumers who will have seen your membership seal and/or visited the ODAA website and appreciated our efforts at cleaning up the online divorce profession

- Those websites NOT eligible to become ODAA members due to known problems involving multiple and/or significant frauds and deceptions on and associated with those websites: Some of these ineligible websites will become eligible to join ODAA upon their demonstration that the listed problems have been resolved. However, those websites marked accordingly below will never be eligible for ODAA membership because of the number and significance of frauds and deceptions associated with them.
- Those websites eligible to become ODAA members and who have been invited to join but who have not yet joined: The dates of our written invitation(s) to these websites are listed below.
- Those websites which have been ODAA members, but have had their memberships suspended due to known problems involving multiple and/or significant frauds on and associated with those websites: These websites will be eligible to re-join ODAA after the specified period of suspension below and upon their demonstration that the listed problems have been resolved.
- ODAA Members in Good Standing: These are the best online divorce services. The date a member joined ODAA is indicated below.
